Your first class is always free. Please contact us to schedule your first visit.
Adult classes are $100 per month, no annual contract required.
Children’s classes only are $80 per month, no annual contract required.
Per class mat fee is $20 (for those who wish to pay on a per class basis).

What is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu?
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a full contact, grappling-based martial art that centers around controlling and overcoming greater size, strength and aggression with lesser size and strength. Control is typically easier on the ground than in a standing position, so much of the technique is centered around taking an opponent down to the ground and wrestling for dominant control positions from where the opponent can be rendered harmless. This is done by utilizing superior leverage, grip and position upon your opponent. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is excellent for self-defense, and students will benefit from greatly increased physical fitness, problem solving ability, and self-knowledge of both body and mind.
What is Sambo?
Sambo is combat system developed in the former Soviet Union for the military that combines techniques from judo as well as many indigenous wrestling styles from former soviet countries such as Uzbekistan, Georgia and Mongolia. It is now practiced internationally as a competitive sport today.
This Sambo class consists of throws, takedowns, pins and submissions used in modern competitive Sambo Wrestling. A gi top is required for this class.
