His recent competition achievements include winning a gold medal in the 2011 Dutch Sambo Open Championships, as well as winning a Bronze Medal in the 2010 USA Sambo Open Championships. He has also won numerous advanced level No-Gi grappling tournaments including the 2009 NAGA North-East Groundfighting Championships. He was on the U.S. World Team that attended the 2008 Sambo World Championships in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

Caroline is a nationally ranked brown belt with over ten years of BJJ training. In addition to placing in numerous state and regional competitions, she placed 2nd in the 2009 NAGA-Texas Europa World Grappling Championships- Women’s Advanced Gi, as well as placing 2nd in her weight class for the International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation 2009 Pan-American Championship 2009.
