My approach is built around understanding how your body actually moves, not just burning calories or chasing fatigue. I specialize in working with people who deal with chronic aches, past injuries, or movement limitations that traditional training often ignores.
I combine intelligent strength training, biomechanics, and corrective exercise to address the root causes of pain while building real, usable strength. My background helps me to diagnose and and improve movement quality, joint stability, and long-term resilience.
This is training for people who want to feel capable again, stronger, more confident, and better equipped for both daily life and athletic pursuits.
