Max is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach offering both personal and semi-private training. His coaching emphasizes progressive strength training using multi-joint movements, primarily with free weights or calisthenics. He has worked with clients ranging from high school athletes to adults in their 80s, helping them achieve measurable improvements in body composition, strength, power, aerobic capacity, and mobility.
Max is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt and competes semi-regularly, with prior training focused on powerlifting and physique development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and competed as a Division I rugby player. His background in behavioral economics informs a personalized approach that prioritizes long-term adherence and enjoyment.
